In recent days, healthy eating has become a way of life for most people. In this sense, restaurants with healthy meals have also started to attract a lot of attention. While it is seen that vegan and vegetarian cuisines are increasing in our city, we can say that Mama Bowl is one of the good examples among these cuisines. Mama bowl’s menu includes bowls of fresh produce, healthy vegan and vegetarian meals, wraps and sandwiches, smoothies and desserts. Especially the falafel bowl and burrata bowl are so delicious that they have become one of the most preferred ones in this menu. Mama Bowl journey starts in 2020 when two French people (Kevin & Tom) decide to open their own kitchen in Kadıköy. Together with chef Yağmur and they created a new concept to bring their values to life. They are very succesful about making high quality bowls. For this, they use quality Italian cheeses, French sauces and the best products of Antakya.
