With it’s stunning view and tranquil atmosphere, Rumeli Hisarı has always been an interesting location in İstanbul. It is constantly crowded, especially with it’s iconic breakfast and fish eateries that have been there for a long time. These days, a coffee shop and a patisserie serving french pastries have opened nearby named Pardon Boulangerie.
It’s third branch of this venue after Şişli and Teşvikiye branchs. Rumeli Hisarı Branch of Pardon Boulangerie is really different from others with it’s amazing view, the softly colored decoration and the selection of sweet, salty snacks and other meals. It’s a really great alternative. Rahmi Koç is the brand’s owner. He has works of art from his personal collection. This adds to the uniqueness to Pardon Boulangerie Rumeli Hisarı.
The location is in a 4 storey building. On one floor, sandwiches are made, this is a delicatessen. The restaurant serves sourdough breads, sandwiches, croissants, croissant sandwiches, pretzels and tartines with Turkish influences on French cuisine. There are many different kinds for breakfast as well. It is a great pleasure to have breakfast here or to move the Office to Pardon Boulangerie and work here for a long time.
