Alaf is a chef’s restaurant that uses local ingredients and serves “Fine Dining” delicacies in a cozy ambiance while warmly welcoming visitors. Deniz Temel, the former chef of Mimolett and Alancha, opened Alaf with the intention of providing delightful, high-quality food in a welcoming environment. Alaf 2 Tek, which is intended for fast eating, is located on the ground floor and the second floor is Alaf Kuruçeşme; which has a great sea view and is designed for longer sitting, celebrations, and socializing. Also Alaf Kuruçeşme is active on the terrace floor in the summer.

It has a great atmosphere. It is enjoyable to experience the unique and excellent foods that the chefs have created in this lovely venue. The food prepared over a wood fire, which has lots of embers and soot flavor and is carefully made for the season, is at level with fine dining.
