Some of the restaurant brands at Sortie are among the city’s attractions during the summer period. Among these, Meyhanede Restaurant stands out as a delightful venue with its special view, intimate atmosphere, and flavors from the local cuisine.

Since 2021, Meyhanede Restaurant within Kuruçeşme Sortie has been one of the few places right by the sea. It’s quite challenging to find a venue along the Bosphorus that offers both tavern cuisine and a suitable setting for hosting guests. The establishment at Sortie has successfully combined its warm and intimate atmosphere with beloved flavors of our cuisine.

Under the experienced leadership of Chef Ahmet Yavuz, the restaurant offers two types of menus: à la carte and fixed. Due to the nature of tavern cuisine, the menu is predominantly focused on appetizers and hot starters. However, the menu also boasts impressive options such as Lamb Chops, Grilled Salmon and even Lobster.

When it comes to the appetizers at Meyhanede Sortie, the menu features essential tavern flavors such as Atom, Hummus, Köpoğlu and Fava. Among the unique appetizers of the venue, the ones to try are Beetroot Salad prepared with Beet Juice, Shrimp with Avocado Sauce and Girit Ezme. As for the hot starters, highlights include Zucchini Chips and Shrimp Tempura. For the final touch to the meal, options like Crunchy Vanilla Parfait and refreshing Lemon and Cherry Sorbet are among the enticing desserts.
