>A site consisting of modern buildings was built in Zeytinburnu. On the lower floor of this site, there is a socializing area that welcomes not only the residents but also the guests from outside named “Fişekhane”. Events such as cinema, theater and concerts are held here. There are also quality cafes and restaurants. Ferida is one of these eateries, which is popüler with it’s spacious, elegant and contemporary ambiance. The venue, which will soon open a branch on Bağdat Street; is very pleasant.
Ferida opened in June 2021 with a Bosnian-based menu created by the famous chef Murat Bozok. The best examples of Bosnian cuisine are presented in here. Here, you can find Bosnian pastries, ajvar (a spicy sauce), dried meat and Bosnian sausage. Bosnian carpaccio, which is Ferida’s specialty, served with smoked Bosnian meat and crispy potatoes, baby arugula and soka is also a very popular dish. In addition to Bosnian cuisine, you may also discover other dishes from World cuisine like pastas or salads.
