Levantine Istanbul, conceived by Chef-Co-owner Aziz Tanrıkulu, skillfully blends flavors from different regions, creating an ideal harmony on the menu.

The restaurant starts the day with breakfast service, offering a spread consisting of locally sourced products, alongside alternatives such as pancakes and granola. Upon entering Levantine Istanbul, you will encounter 7 concepts, including the Chef Table and bar. These concepts encompass dry-aged steak, sushi, a seafood showcase, a selection of appetizers, and an array of oven-baked pizzas and pide. The menu features a variety of dishes from Turkish cuisine, with standout options in the appetizers being the Orange and Shrimp Artichoke and the Aegean Herb-Filled Zucchini Fritters.


From the appetizers on the menu, The Spicy Yuzu Shrimp and the Et Tandır Taco are must-tries. The menu offers a variety of options suitable for daytime visitors, including burgers, salads, and kebabs, along with many signature flavors. For main courses, Paella, Aged Meats (dry-aged), and Lamb Cage are recommended choices.
