Ken sushi is one of the first places that comes to mind when you want to eat sushi on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. For this reason, after the Caddebostan branch, a branch has opened in Vertical Istanbul, which is under Boyner on Bağdat Street. The menu is more than extensive, sufficient and really successful. It is quite difficult to choose from menu; but I can clearly say that it’s the best sushi shop on Bağdat Street. In addition to sushi varieties, other far eastern cuisine dishes are also very tasty in Ken Sushi.
Especially, starters such as edamame, corn with tempura sauce, spring rolls, crispy sour and sweat fries and noodles, rices, salads, soups, pokebowls and as well as chicken, meat and shrimp main courses are wonderful we can say. But while you’re at Ken Sushi, try different types of sushi definitely. Especially the “Crunchy Berry Cheese” variety with salmon and strawberry is a sushi that can not be found somewhere else. Must try!
