Many different cafes/restaurants have been opened inside Maslak Oto Sanayi in Sarıyer. After opening coffeeshops and modern kitchens, a kebab shop has opened and many people became regular guests of this place named ‘’Kaburgacı Cabbar’’. Kaburgacı Cabbar, which has been in Adana for so many years, opened it’s second branch in Maslak Oto Sanayi in İstanbul. In a really short time, Kaburgacı Cabbar became very popular place. It was small and cozy first. Over time, it expanded by purchasing the side shop and hosts many guests.
This is a meat restaurant. Kebabs are very tasty. Everything is cooked in front of you. It’s a pleasure to watch. There are alternatives like lahmacun and salad before the kebab. Try these while you’re at it; but especially kebabs are very delicious. Adana kebab, yağlı kara, meat skewers and liver are among the most popular dishes. It also combines with ayran quite well. It is undoubtedly an eating experience, particularly for the locals.
