Spago, the West Hollywood restaurant founded by Wolfgang Puck in 1982 and then relocated to Beverly Hills, opened its first location outside the United States in Istanbul in 2015. With its stylish and friendly atmosphere, Spago İstanbul, the terrace venue in St Regis Hotel, is one of the venues that best fills the Fine Dining Restaurant concept. The restaurant-bar in Nişantaşı ensures a one-of-a-kind eating and drinking experience with its Bosphorus view, friendly bar, and speciality cuisine.

The chef, who began with the concept of “farm to kitchen” bases his cuisine on seasonal freshness. Many dishes on the Spago İstanbul menu are made in this manner to adhere to the chef’s and his team’s idea of adding local touches to classics. When he visits Istanbul, the first place he goes is the Spice Bazaar, where he mulls over how to integrate regional flavours with the dishes on the menu.

Some of the signiture dishes on the Spago İstanbul’s menu are, pizza with smoked salmon and caviar, Hong Kong style steamed sea bass, Szchaun style pork ribs and agnoletti in truffle oil. For guests seated in the bar area of the venue, a snack bar menu offering street foods like pizza, felafel, and spring rolls are available. Speaking of Spago’s cocktails, first-time visitors should try the signiture coctails, Forbidden Kiss and Peace On Earth.
