The restaurant aims to provide a complete gastronomic experience by sourcing ingredients from micro-local suppliers, including specialties like Pastırma, Yalçın Bey Burnt Yogurt and Tire Black Mulberry.
The Counter’s menu is designed with sharing dynamics. In The Counter, you can find so many sharing plate. Must-try dishes are Babagannuş prepared with white chocolate, Küşleme Tatari and Honey Muhammara. They are really unique tastes. The restaurant also features signature dishes such as Antalya Piyazı and Izmir Style Söğüş.
