When Azur Yeniköy opened in November 2018, it suddenly raised the quality for gastronomy in Yeniköy region. While Azur Yeniköy carries the concept of appetizers and hot starters to a different dimension with original touches, it has become one of the pioneers of the new generation fish restaurant concept with its seafood alternatives. Azur is welcoming it’s guests with it’s open kitchen and pleasant bar. The restaurant has a great Bosphorus view and fancy atmosphere. The stylish restaurant has been the center of attention since its opening, with its unique style serving creative appetizers, seasonal fish and extensive seafood. Azur Yeniköy promises a fine dining experience with it’s service, decor, unique presentations and a product portfolio that we have not seen in any other fish restaurant. Especially appetizers such as Sea Bass with Hawaiian Sauce, Prawns with Quinoa, Tarator with Almond and Beetroot have became Azur’s favorite dishes in a short time.
Azur Yeniköy has some dishes from Peruvian cuisine and some from Nikkei cuisine (food made by Japanese people who are abroad). The restaurant serves variety of seafood like lobster, blue crab, oyster and caviar. You can also try their signature cocktails either in the restaurant or upstairs which turns into a boutique night club after midnight (Friday and Saturday nights).
