>Da Mario is one of the best and high-end Italian restaurants in Istanbul, which has kept its flavor and quality since the first day. In the daytime, you may go to the restaurant for a business lunch, and at night, Da Mario is great for celebratory and romantic dining.
Customers who visit Da Mario always insist on having burrata as a starter. Such a big, juicy, and full Burrata is not something you can find easily anywhere. The restaurant’s exquisitely seasoned Carpaccio is another appetizer I recommend tasting. Pastas that should be tasted are Linguine Asparagi e Tartufo and Taglioni Con Burrata. On the other hand, if you are a pizza lover, you should try the wood-fired pizzas.
In addition to these, my personal favorite, which I believe will go well with them, is Insalata Di Caprino. The salad’s base is being prepeared with traditional Mediterranean greens and cherry tomatoes, and the salad’s main star ingredients are goat cheese and pine nuts. Highly recommended deserts are Pannacota al Baileys and Creme Brulee.
