Havuzlu Restaurant is a half-century old Ottoman Restaurant in the historical texture of the 541 year old Grand Bazaar in İstanbul. This was the bazaar’s first and biggest restaurant, having opened in 1959. The 1959-built miniature fountain in front of the restaurant gave it it’s name, which is named Havuzlu Restaurant.
