Kıvanç Karadeniz, whom we know from Masterchef (A Turkish TV show about chefs and cooking), opened his own place named Yirmi İstanbul like many chefs competing in same program. Chef is from Denizli (a city in Turkey), the place he opened is a place specializes in serving authentic Denizli cuisine located in Kadıköy.
Yirmi İstanbul has quickly become known for it’s meticulous preparation and high-quality ingredients, especially the chef-selected meats. The standout dish and the one they initially opened restaurant with; is Denizli kebab. This dish features meat cooked slowly in a special oven, resulting in a tender and flavorful experience.
